Legacy fade out

When DPA introduced CORE by DPA back in October 2017, they said that they would allow at least 18 months to pass before giving a notice of Last Time Buy (LTB) of the Legacy series.

The vast majority of our sales are now CORE versions and it is therefore a good time to announce a detailed plan. DPA wish to make a controlled phase out of the Legacy variants to allow for you and our valued customers to do the change with minimum disturbance.

We are therefore now officially announcing the end of life of the Legacy variants and giving notice of LTB with the following terms:

• Production of Legacy units will be discontinued by the end of June 2021
• Starting in April, delivery times for some variants, especially low runners such as brown and white, will increasingly be extended to 4-5 weeks
• Final (non-cancellable) orders for all variants must be received no later than May 14, 2021
• Delivery of final orders will happen during June and July

As you can see, there is still time to shift your customers for those who haven’t already embraced the better performance of the CORE by DPA.
