Exceptional service for DPA keeps Brazillian beats going

The service team at Amber Technology are well known for their strong support across all of our business units; ranging from the high end support of TSG (Technical Service Group) for our Media Systems customers, through to the dedicated One For All helpline for end consumers. It's great to receive feedback on how we are performing, such as the following received from one of our Professional musician customers:

"A few months back you helped me out with a phantom power voltage issue with my DPA 4099 mic.

Eventually I was supplied with the new adapter.

I have been testing the mic/new adapter since then in many venues and it seems to be working perfectly.

I would like to thank you for your prompt service, knowledge and help in resolving my dilemma. I will now, in my gig travels, not only sing the praises of the mic but also the excellent customer care from DPA and its Aussie rep. It means a lot to a professional in this difficult work environment to know that there is this level of corporate care.
