Kinross DPA Chapel live sound upgrade

Education facilities can present some tough challenges for AV installations - big airy halls that are built for multi-purpose use need a sound system that's reliable.

In this case study an existing sound system in a large auditorium was replaced to improve the audio delivery for a variety of performances and audience sizes.

The DPA Chapel at Kinross Wolaroi School is used for assemblies, performances and events all year round. The hall itself presented some challenging acoustics - with polished wood on the majority of wall and floor surfaces plus floating walls, the existing speaker system

The solution designed used Vue Audiotechnik speakers which were hung from catenary wires to improve the live sound quality of the room.
