Service saves the day

To the team at Amber Technology, customer service is more than just selling a product, the after-sales and technical support is a very important part of the total package we offer our dealers and end customers.

When the C.E.O of Berrima Courthouse needed help, Garry Beauchamp, a friendly member of the Amber service team was there to help fix the issue.

One of our network of national dealers, Rick Dimmer from Project AV, kindly passed on some feedback from his client, the CEO of Berrima Courthouse:

"Dear Rick,

I want to take this opportunity for you to pass on my sincere thanks to one of your suppliers, Amber Technology. About one month ago the Optoma lamp went down in the AV theatre and, having a spare lamp, I thought it was going to be a simple changeover.

Not so to me, the very panicked and technically challenged.

After much time I was fortunate enough to find a tech guy at Amber who helped me through the process after my panic subsided and many, many phone calls to him. The event was solved.

His patience and calmness was the hallmark of a true professional, and his service and advice ethics were beyond expectations. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name, though I’m sure he will recall the very fraught guy from the Berrima Courthouse Optoma projector saga."
