The audio, lighting, video and staging Roadshow, ENTECH will be touring through all major cities next month, showcasing all that the industry has to offer. Among other well-known brands on Amber Technology’s stand will be Digital Projection, displaying a static presentation of the M-Vision 21000 and HIGHlite Laser 4K UHD, two projectors creating a significant impression among industry professionals.

ENTECH Roadshow will kick off on the 5^th March and will travel to all major states in Australia, including Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. There’s no better time for integrators, designers and end-users to get up close and personal with the latest and greatest in audio, lighting, video and staging, including but not limited to DPA’s subminiature microphones. These impressively compact microphones are only 3mm in diameter and are already making waves across the globe. The tour will run over a two week period, with a single day in each major city of Australia for show-goers to experience all that the industry has to offer.

For music icon MØ’s front of house engineer Jon Schumann, he faces the challenge of transporting the distinctive musical style to a live audience often. Karen Marie Ørsted Andersen’s (MØ) music combines electronic elements and big samples with live drums, guitar and vocals, that brings with it some very modern production issues; one being the challenge of amplifying vocals and electronic samples in such a way, they’re seamlessly integrated and complementary to each other.

DPA’s new d:screet CORE 6000 Series Subminiature Microphone has made its debut in film production, on the set of Oscar-winning production sound mixer Simon Hayes’ new major feature film.

Steve Smith is more than just a drummer for legendary rock band Journey.
