The EXP-EX-80-KVM is a plug and play KVM and HDMI extender that is capable of sending up to resolutions of 1080p@60Hz and Human Interface Device (HID) up to 80m over a single CAT5e/6 cable. With support for bidirectional Power over Cable (PoC) for powering at either the transmitter or the receiver with only one power adapter, this extender makes installations quick and effortless.
It is perfectly suited for use in presentation, office and even home installations to extend HD video and KVM peripherals such as a USB keyboard, mouse or touchscreen from a local zone to a remote PC or laptop. Offering highspeed USB 2.0 passthrough, this extender is capable of full data transfer at up to 480Mbps for webcams and other USB peripherals. And as with all of WyreStorm’s Essentials line of extenders, the chassis size is compact and simple making it easier to install discreetly.
