New release to the Workplace App - now with room booking!
EVOKO are super excited to announce the release of room booking in the Evoko Workplace app!
Evoko Workplace app is an intuitive way to manage all your bookings for desks and rooms in the same place. Use the app to find and book an available room for your meeting and see where it is located on a floor plan. The app also allows the user to check-in to their meetings or edit bookings directly in the app.

Workplace App
- Adding room booking to the Workplace app
- Rooms visible on floor plans
- Possible to search for available rooms at a specified date and time range

Workplace Admin
- Create and manage rooms in Workplace admin
- Create room layouts in the floor plan editor
Changes to current system
- Naso admin portal will be discontinued for all new customers and replaced by
Workplace admin portal - Existing customers using Naso will need to migrate to Evoko Workplace to enable room booking in the Workplace app
- Naso Outlook add-in will be discontinued
- Visitor management system and catering options will be discontinued
Getting started with the Workplace app
To enable room booking in the Workplace app, an existing customer using Naso will need to migrate to the Evoko Workplace system and admin portal. Getting started is easy but will require some assistance from our support to guide through the process. Any new customer will automatically use the new system when released.
