What’s launching?
On April 8th, 2021, SnapAV enabled OvrC on several popular Pakedge networking products through a firmware update.
On June 10, 2021, SnapAV enabled OvrC on the Pakedge WA-4200.
Models include:
• OvrC on WA Series APs (WA-2200 and WA-2200-O) APs with OvrC Wi-Fi Management
• OvrC Pro on RK-1 and RT-3100 Routers
• OvrC on legacy WK/WX Series APs and NK-1 Wireless Controller (for legacy wireless projects)
• NEW: OvrC on Pakedge WA-4200 APs
OvrC is now available on select Pakedge APs and routers, including the Pakedge WA Series WA-2200 and WA-2200-O and the flagship Pakedge RK-1 and RT-3100 Gigabit Router. With this firmware release, installers can begin configuring and managing their customers’ networks with OvrC remote management.
This update brings us closer delivering a complete portfolio of OvrC-enabled Pakedge products. Now, installers can access OvrC Wi-Fi Management on Pakedge WA Series Access Points from the OvrC web or mobile app. With OvrC Wi-Fi Management, network setup and troubleshooting are easier than ever before for multi-AP projects.
In addition to the products listed above, this release also enables OvrC on legacy Pakedge products, including WK and WX Series Access Points and the NK-1 Wireless Controller, which is now an OvrC Pro device.
Available through a simple firmware update
To get OvrC on your devices, simply use the local UI or BakPak to update your firmware. Once the update is complete, you can register the Pakedge product to OvrC and begin remotely configuring and managing your customers’ homes and businesses – all from the OvrC web or mobile app.
OvrC remote monitoring and management offers a powerful mobile app for fast setup on the go, a client-facing app that allows clients to fix devices on their own, and integration with third-party devices.
Pakedge WA Series Access Points (WA-2200, WA-2200-O and WA-4200)
Installers can remotely manage and configure Pakedge wireless networks with OvrC, with no additional hardware required. Remotely monitor the status of your client’s network – even devices that have fallen offline.

With OvrC Pro, installers get access to enhanced troubleshooting and diagnostic data to remotely support and resolve issues, eliminating unnecessary truck rolls.
